Very upset with the service that I've been provided there today. I've ordered a bank statement via online bank more that a week ago and though it takes 48 hours to generate it, I've not received anything yet and it's very urgent. And all their agent could tell me was that it works fine for other people, so i'm basically just incompetent... very very helpful!! Furthermore, she yelled at me so I had to yell back at her to get my point across and I really dislike doing it as I came there to get help not to be yelled at. Another thing that shocked me is that if you want to collect a bank statement from an actual office you have to pay 10 euro and wait for another day for it to be ready. Why can't you just print it out straight away like any normal bank does without having to wait for 48 hours and paying 10 euro for 1 page. I used to recommend this branch to everybody who wanted to open a bank account in Barcelona specifically because you guys were nice to foreigners but now I see that it is not the case. If you are a person of colour, specifically if you have black skin, DO NOT GO HERE! They are not helpful at all, if you try open a bank account they wont even bother to get back to you. Just know if you have a non-European passport then you are basically irrelevant to them.

Terrible experience! The staffs are not willing to help you to do any service! Bad attitude ever! I ask some services several times and they didn’t process them at all! All they will tell you is they don’t know!

Got here for a prearranged meeting and the bank manager isn't even here... Now I have to wait until he shows up. Nevertheless when he did show up he was a pretty sound guy.

People who work there are just extremelly rude, specially the blond/ grey hair lady.
